I don't know of a more deserving family. Nate, Amy's husband, is a police officer on my shift at work. They have two children and one on the way. Kaden is four and was born with a diaphragmatic hernia. Ava was born in January with Turner's syndrome and passed away in May. Nate and Amy are expecting a healthy little boy in early 2009.
