I noticed late last week the ground has cracked and shrunk around the posts. The posts were wiggling in their holes, which is not really a good sign on a fence we paid good money to have installed. I filled some of the worst spots with dirt and started watering the fence with a sprinkler everyday. It has helped and the fence is becoming solid again. It seems kind of silly to be watering an almost dead yard, but then I guess we're not really watering the yard.
I sure hope we get some rain soon.
