Strip Baby

Aric usually shuts down for the night around 7pm. Shortly after 7, we start our routine of a bath, another feeding and then sleep. Most nights Aric is usually sound asleep by 8pm. Some nights Aric starts fussing before 7 and we have found a few tricks that work.

Yes, we start stripping him down and let him play. (And we even let him play with our blinds.)

First, the socks go. He’s usually satisfied for awhile discovering he has toes. When that no longer works, the pants go. After awhile he loses his shirt. Aric enjoys being unclothed. Actually every night he cries after his bath when I dress him again.
